The mobile app (Paris City Vision – Tour Eiffel) can be downloaded from Apple Store or Play Store. You will be given a code in agency to activate the app in your language. Comments are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian and Korean.

In order to provide the service in the best possible way the tour’s schedule may vary day by day according to the time slots at the Eiffel Tower. The cruise option can be before or after the ascent of the Eiffel Tower, passengers will have time to stroll and take pictures at the foot of the Eiffel Tower both ways.

In extreme cases the ascent time can be 3 hours after the meeting time.

Important information: as we depend on the entry times given by the Eiffel Tower, the ascent may take place up to 3 hours after the indicated departure time. In that case, you’ll be invited to do the Seine cruise before going up to the Eiffel Tower and enjoy some time to take pictures at the bottom

The cruise ticket is valid for 6 months from the date indicated on the ticket. This cannot be extended.
