Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date or are a no-show.
- Wheelchair users: All areas are accessible. Please, let us know in advance of your visit.
- Atletico de Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions, or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
- On Match Days the tour will be open until 5 hours before the kick-off.
- Access hours to Cívitas Metropolitano stadium: 11.30 am; 1.00 pm; 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm
- IMPORTANT: Before heading to the Stadium, You should exchange your voucher for your valid ticket at the Julià Travel office in San Nicolás Street number 15. If the client attends directly without collecting the tickets, they will not be allowed to enter the Tour. Tickets will not be delivered before the booked date. Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
