- Access to the Prado Museum is guaranteed; however, Access times may be subject to change. The time allocated may be adjusted up to one day in advance, depending on the museum’s own indications and the management of access for the general public, and may be brought forward or delayed by approximately one hour.
- Please note photography and filming are not permitted inside the exhibitions.
- No shows will not be refunded.
- Crowds or security protocols can lead to delays in skip the line access
- Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.
- Please note: some of the paintings might not be available despite belonging to the permanent collection for reasons out of our control. In those cases, the itinerary will be modified to comprise another painting with similar artistic value and significance.
