Aquaventure is open daily throughout the year from 10.00am until sunset; The Lost Chambers is open daily throughout the year from 10.00am until 11.00pm (guests staying at the Atlantis, the Palm have exclusive use of The Lost Chambers between 9.00am and 10.00am).

- Download your Atlantis Aquaventure World Day Pass + FREE The Lost World Aquarium Day Pass directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each attraction when prompted.
Entitlements
- Special Offer Ticket: This ticket is available at the reduced price for visits on or before 18 March 2026. Guests will still receive full same-day entry to both Aquaventure World and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, but this offer is only valid for the date selected at booking and cannot be used after 18 March 2026.
- This ticket grants one same-day entry to both Atlantis Aquaventure World Water Park and The Lost World Aquarium.
- Tickets are only valid for the date selected at the time of booking.
- Child rates are determined by height, not age. Children under 1.2m tall qualify for child tickets. Children over 1.2m must purchase an adult ticket.
- Children aged 0–2 years may visit free of charge; all young children must wear appropriate swim diapers.
- Children 12 years and older may enter Aquaventure unaccompanied by an adult.
- To ensure the safety of visitors, access to certain rides is restricted to those over 1.2m in height.
- Cashless payment system: Wristbands can be loaded with cash or a card to purchase food, drinks and souvenirs. Wristbands also act as locker keys.
- Towels and lockers are available to rent; additional costs are payable locally.
- Atlantis Management reserves the right to determine appropriate swim attire. No refunds or discounts will be given if guests are unable to ride slides due to inappropriate attire.
- Operating hours & availability: Rides, attractions or entertainment may close, change hours or be discontinued due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events without notice or liability.

- Guests must hold their own ticket; tickets are non-transferable.
- Height, weight, and safety restrictions apply; guests may not be able to experience all rides, attractions, or experiences.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks into the park.
*Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier more than 72 hours prior to the activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations received by the supplier within 72 hours of the tour date.
