Don’t forget, Dragon Challenge is two different rollercoasters – don’t miss out, try both!

Don’t underestimate just how wet you will get on the water rides! Pick up a Busch Gardens poncho at one of the gift shops, or bring towels and a change of clothes to store in a locker. If your child isn’t keen on getting wet, the Stanley Falls Log Flume is least likely to soak passengers. Don’t wear jeans as they take ages to dry.

Don’t pack too much. You won’t need towels and sun screen as they are included in the entry fee. All you need is your swim suit and flip flops.

Don’t miss the tribute to the man who started it all, Walt Disney: One Man’s Dream, located in the Pixar Studios area.

Don’t miss the animal meet-and greets that can pop up during the day. There’s a two toed sloth, a kinkachu (or honey bear) and a giant tortoise, which occasionally make an appearance throughout the park.

Don’t go with the flow: avoid the early morning rush at the theme parks by heading straight to the very back of the park and working your way round anticlockwise.

Don’t feel like zipping down water slides? Both Disney Water Parks have ‘lazy rivers’ that circle the entire park – just hop in and relax!

Don’t carry your souvenirs around the parks all day – buy them just before you leave. If you are staying at an on-site Disney Resort Hotel, you can use your Key to the World room key to charge purchases and have them delivered to you free of charge.
