Ticket Delivery:
- If you book within 7 days of travel, same-day ticket delivery is available Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
- Our dispatch team does not operate on weekends or evenings, so tickets will be sent as soon as possible during working hours.
Ticket Validity:
- Wild Wadi Waterpark tickets are valid for 90 days from the time of booking and can be used any time within this period.
- Tickets expire in full after 90 days, regardless of usage.
- Each ticket provides 1-day entry to Wild Wadi Waterpark unless stated otherwise.
- Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed events, performances, or activities.
Savings:
- Limited time reopening offer: tickets must be booked on or before 19th March 2026.
- Enjoy up to 14% savings compared to standard entry tickets.
- Savings are based on the most recent prices and may vary due to dynamic pricing, exchange rates, or your chosen visit date.
Park Rules:
- Appropriate swimwear is required. Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the waterpark.
- Children under the age of 3 enter free and do not need a ticket (proof of age required).
- Outside food and drink are strictly prohibited.
