Terms & Conditions
- Universal Express Unlimited Passes DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A separate valid Universal Orlando Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Express Ticket.
- Bookings will be fulfilled with a Universal Express Unlimited Will Call voucher that must be exchanged at any Will Call Kiosk at the entrance to the parks. Universal Express Unlimited gives you unlimited priority access throughout the day to each participating ride and attraction at the selected Universal theme parks.
- Universal Express Unlimited Passes are only valid for the date selected and cannot be used on any other date.
- Express ride access is a separate ride line with a much shorter wait time than the regular ride queue.
- Participating rides and attractions at Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure are subject to change without notice.
- Universal Express is not valid at select rides and attractions. These currently include Fievel’s Playland, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™ and Pteranodon Flyers.Universal Express Unlimited is only available during normal theme park operating hours. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed special events.

- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
