- This is not suitable for wheelchair users. All guests must be able to walk from the Pier onto the boat and in the chair without the aid of the wheelchair.
- Dress for the elements. Waterproof jacket and trousers will be provided, however it is often cooler on the river, so warmer clothing may be needed.
- If you have any medical conditions it is best to check with your doctor prior to booking. This experience is not recommended for people suffering from back conditions, epilepsy, angina or heart conditions, diabetes, dizziness or if you are pregnant.
- Minimum height for all passengers is 1.35 metres (4ft 5in). Anyone under this height will not be able to board.
- Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- Seating arrangements are on a first-come, first-served basis and requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets may be cancelled free of charge 72 hours before your cruise is due to depart for 1-4 passengers. Groups of 5-12 people must cancel outside of 14 days prior to date booked. Within this period tickets are non-refundable.
