Embark on an unforgettable day tour from Venice (Tronchetto) to the Dolomites, beginning with the elegant mountain town of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Here, you can stroll through picturesque pedestrian streets, admire Alpine architecture, or visit the Mario Rimoldi Modern Art Museum before taking a scenic drive to a panoramic viewpoint of the majestic Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
The journey continues to the shimmering, pine-fringed Lake Misurina, an idyllic setting for a lakeside walk and capturing photos of soaring peaks and lush forests. Throughout the day, you will have ample time for easy walks, relaxation, and indulging in the region's rich culinary traditions.
Depending on when you travel, the itinerary adapts to the seasons. From mid-June to mid-September, you can take an optional (approx €13 subject to change) chairlift ride from Lake Misurina to the stunning Col de Varda viewpoint for sweeping vistas of Cristallo Mountain. From November to March, the winter program shifts to explore Cortina alongside the iconic Lake Braies and the charming Tyrolean village of San Candido.
If you visit between December 19th and January 6th, the tour also features Cortina's festive Christmas markets, offering a magical holiday atmosphere alongside optional winter activities.

- A minimum of 5 people is required for the tour to operate. If the minimum numbers are not reached on your chosen date you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking (children who are under 36 kg/97 pounds or 150 cm/4ft 9 in must use proper child restraints). We reserve the right to refuse infants or children if we are not notified at the time of the booking and if the car seats brought do not comply with requirements by Italian law.
- This tour is limited to a maximum of 8 participants per van.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 6 days of the scheduled departure or do not show for the tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
