- Children aged 0-1 years enter Shrek's Adventure free of charge, but must have a valid ticket.
- No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
- Cancellation Policy: Once booked and confirmed this ticket is non-changeable and non-refundable.
- Amendment Policy: You can change your Shrek's Adventure London visit date up to 5 times if your plans change, with the flexibility to move your Shrek's Adventure visit to any time before the end of 2021. Simply click on the booking link found on your Shrek's Adventure ticket and amend your visit to a new date/time.
