  • Shrek's Adventure! London: Join the search to find Shrek and journey through Far Far Away as the star of the show. This one of a kind misadventure allows you to see, hear, touch and smell the adventure, with a dose of Donkey’s cheekiness along the way.
  • The London Eye: Ride the London Eye and be part of the iconic London Skyline. At 135 metres, the London Eye is the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel, with 40-kilometre panoramic views in all directions (that’s as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day!). See Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and more! Please note that the London Eye will be closed for maintenance from 5–18 January 2026.

How the Shrek’s Adventure! London & The London Eye Combo Ticket Works

  • Select the date and time you wish to visit the Shrek’s Adventure! London at the time of booking
  • The London Eye portion of your ticket remains open-dated at the time of booking - you have 7 days to visit The London Eye from the day you visit the the Shrek’s Adventure! London.
  • To ensure a seamless experience at the Shrek's Adventure and London Eye, you must reserve your admission in advance of your visit. Simply click on the booking link found on your ticket to reserve your places.
Please note that Shrek's Adventure! London will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout January. If guests plan to visit Shrek’s Adventure! London on a multi-attraction ticket, they will need to book outside of these days/dates.

Terms & Conditions

  • At the time of booking, you are booking the date/time of your visit to the Shrek's Adventure! London.
  • Before you visit the London Eye, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience.To book your London Eye visit, simply click on the book link on your ticket.Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • All visits must be completed within 7 days of your visit to the London Eye. Tickets expire after 7 days irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.
  • Please note, that the London Eye closes for annual maintenance from mid-January to early February, please be mindful of this when booking your tickets.
  • Duration: approximately. 75 minutes. The London Eye experience includes a 30-minute rotation
  • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or over.
  • Infants under 2 years old can enter the Shrek's Adventure! London & the London Eye and free of charge but must have a valid ticket.
  • No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
  • Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot prior to visiting each attraction.
  • Suitcases or large items of hand luggage are not permitted for security reasons
  • Amendment Policy: You can change your attraction visit dates up to 5 times if your plans change.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
