- You must print the voucher provided to exchange on arrival
- Please contact to advise of dietary requirements at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed date. If no request is received you will be served a standard meal on the day. Dietary requirements are unable to be accommodated on the day of visit.We cannot guarantee that all foods have not been in contact with nuts.
- Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required. Extra glasses of prosecco cannot be purchased on the bus.
- Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck but will need to occupy one of the fixed position seats.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to time slot. Latecomers may be refused admission and no refunds will be issued.
- Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Under 5s are not allowed.
- The route is subject to change due to road closures and traffic conditions.
- Some of the dishes on the menus may be subject to change.
