- Your seats will be located in the Upper Bowl (Section 403).
- You will be advised of your exact pick-up time when you reconfirm the details locally with Real Florida Adventures.
- Every person regardless of age requires a ticket to enter the stadium. Infants included.
- A minimum of two people are required for transfers to operate.
- Transfers are available from the following locations: Orlando Star Flyer at Icon Park - 8265 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819, Golden Corral – Lake Buena Vista - 8707 Vineland Ave, Orlando FL32821 and Margaritaville Resort - Banquet and Event Entrance, 8000 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee FL 34747. You will be picked up around 5 hours before the game time.
- The bus journey from Orlando to Jacksonville is approximately 2.5 hours each way.
- Advanced reservations are required.
- Please select your chosen date at the time of booking.
- Specific seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
- Bags and backpacks are prohibited for Jacksonville Jaguars at TIAA Bank Field except for small clutches no larger than 4 inches x 6 inches and bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.
- Please note food and drinks are not included.
- We strongly recommend that you arrive at your pickup location 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time. The bus will depart on time with no exceptions. No refunds will be issued if you miss the pickup.
- Please note strollers for Infant carriers are not allowed in the stadium.
- All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to search (including by walk-through magnetometers, magnetic wanding, and/or pat-down) upon entry into the stadium.
- Cash will no longer be accepted at TIAA Bank Field and ATMs have been removed from the premises. If you would like to purchase any drinks, food or souvenirs, please pay by card.
- This tour is wheelchair accessible.
- Special offer - Please note the $20 food and drinks voucher to Brother Jimmy’s BBQ restaurant can be redeemed to a maximum of 2 vouchers ($40 value) per table, per visit.
