You’ll also enjoy three courses of authentic French fare from a specially selected set menu full of high quality seasonal ingredients at a Brasserie Blanc of your choice. Top things off with a glass of house wine, half a pint of lager or a soft drink each to give it that ‘special occasion’ feel. Bon Appetit!

What happens on the day?

Your show takes place at the Novello Theatre, Aldwych. You’ll have the option of an evening performance or a matinee showing. The tickets allow access to seats across a range of dates, subject to availability and generally, better seating is available for weekday performances. You’ll make your booking in advance for either lunch or dinner at one of two London-based Brasserie Blanc restaurants.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed and shown to your table. Brasserie Blanc have hand-selected a wonderful set menu for each of you to dine from. Dishes can be ordered on arrival and are based on the latest seasonal offerings. Take your time making your selection of three courses from the set menu that features at least three choices for each course, and enjoy a 125ml glass of house wine, half a pint of lager, or soft drink as you dine.

Terms & Conditions

  • Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theatre.
  • ​Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted.
  • Please note that productions may contain flashing lights.
  • ​Children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 or over
  • Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
  • Most theatres welcome wheelchair users, however the supplier must allocate patrons who require wheelchair access in specific areas as indicated by the theatre according to their health and safety policy, and independently of the general allocations available for this experience. Please enquire at the time of booking as not all theatres have wheelchair access.
  • Gratuities for the meal are not included and may be added to the bill at the end.
  • The Lion King show is available Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (evening) at 19.30, Thursday and Saturday (matinee) at 15.00 and Sunday (matinee) at 14.30. This experience may not be available to book during public holidays and school holidays. This includes Christmas and Easter and in some cases, Summer holidays. Please check with supplier at time of booking for availability.
  • The Three Course dining is available seven days a week (except Chancery Lane which is only available Monday-Friday). Please note the voucher is not valid for bookings in December and date restrictions may apply.
  • It is recommended to book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline, so it is best to book as early as possible to ensure dates are available before the voucher expires. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase regardless of departure date entered. It is your responsibility to have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
  • Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.
  • Please Note: It can take up to 72 hours to receive documentation.
  • Please allow 2 hours and 35 minutes with one interval for the full experience of the Lion King show and 2 hours for the meal.
  • The show tickets will offer you standard seating across weekdays, with limited weekend availability.
  • Please Note: Remember to allow plenty of time to travel between the restaurant and theatre.
  • Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
