- At the time of booking, you are only booking the date/time of your visit to Madame Tussauds London.
- Before you visit the London Eye and SEA LIFE London, you must reserve your time slot in advance to ensure a seamless experience.To book your London Eye and SEA LIFE London visits, simply click on the book link on your ticket. Visit dates are subject to availability - please book your attractions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Please note that the London Eye is closed for annual maintenance from the 8th January 2024 until the 4th February 2024 inclusive.
- All visits must be completed within 90 days of your visit to Madame Tussauds London. Tickets expire after 90 days irrespective of whether you have visited all the attractions.
- Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a guardian 18 years or over.
- Infants under 2 years old can enter Madame Tussauds, the London Eye and SEA LIFE London free of charge but must have a valid ticket.
- No more than THREE infant tickets (0-1 years) can be purchased in one transaction.
- Wheelchair users must book a wheelchair slot prior to visiting each attraction.
- Amendment Policy: You can change your attraction visit dates up to 5 times if your plans change.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 48 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours.
