- Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the flight departure. No-shows will be charged in full with no refunds.
- Helicopters are very sensitive to weight and weight distribution. As such anyone weighing over 300lbs must purchase 2 seats on the helicopter. All passengers must be weighed at check-in. Guests with inaccurately stated body weights may be cancelled with no refund.
- Children over the age of two years are required to purchase a seat. Children under two years of age with proper identification can travel on an adult's lap. Proof of child's age required (passport or birth certificate).
- Flight times are approximate.
- The helicopters seat up to 7 passengers.
- Aircraft type and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- Customers in a wheelchair are welcome to join the tour. You will need to have a collapsible wheelchair with removable wheels and also be accompanied by someone who can assist you with boarding and disembarking the aircraft, as Maverick staff are unable to assist guests in or out of the aircraft.
- The parking area at the heliport is privately owned. There is a self-service pay booth at the entrance which accepts Visa, Mastercard and cash (no change given). The average parking charge is $7.50.
