- The experience is available on Sundays only throughout the year, between 12.00 and 17.00.
- Please note this experience is not available on Key Seasonal Dates – these include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
- November & December Bookings – please note that experiences redeemed in November and December will be subject to a Festive supplement which will be payable on the day. The amount paid on the day will be the difference in price between the regular and Festive version of the set menu per person.
- We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the whole experience.
- Please note service charge is not included and will be applied to your experience on the day.
- It can take up to 72 hours to receive documentation.
- Cannot be applied to existing bookings or in conjunction with other offers.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
