  • Some featured attractions may require advanced reservations. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go City Sydney All-Inclusive Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation).It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
  • Your pass is valid for use within 1 year of purchase.
  • Visiting your first attraction activates your pass.
  • It then remains valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods).
  • We recommend starting in the morning to maximise your time. You can visit each attraction once.
  • Simply show the QR code on your pass at your choice of attraction to enter.
  • Cancellation Policy: Once your ticket has been downloaded from your customer account, ticket is non-refundable.
