- Unused passes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 72 hours before the tour date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
