- Customers will receive a gate-ready Go City: Oahu Digital Pass. Download the Go City: Oahu Ticket(s) directly to a smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Oahu attraction or experience when prompted.
- The Go City: Oahu Attraction Pass is open-dated and can be activated at anytime within 2 years of purchase the first time you visit a featured attraction.
- Some featured Oahu attractions may require advanced reservations to guarantee your entry. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go Oahu Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation).It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
- Featured attractions can be withdrawn at any time without notice and there are no refunds should a particular attraction be withdrawn.
- The Oahu Pass includes only one visit per attraction. You can not visit the same attraction twice.
- Cancellation Policy: Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date provided that you have not already used your ticket to pre-book attractions.
