- Your Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass is valid for one year from purchase.
- A gate-ready Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Digital Pass, will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment. Download your Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Los Angeles attraction or experience when prompted.
- The Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass will be available to download from your customer account. Print your Pass or present it directly on your mobile device to get into each attraction.
- Some featured attractions may require advanced reservations. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation). It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
- Included attractions are subject to change without notice and each attraction can only be visited once.
- Your pass is valid for entry to attractions between 9am and 5.30pm. You can stay later, but your pass must be scanned for entry before 5.30pm.
- Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit is then valid for 14-days. You can use it for the number days purchased (consecutively or non-consecutively) within that 14-day period.
- Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier before your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time
