- The doors open 30 minutes before the concert it is recommended you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the concert's start time.
- Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the building.
- Children must be aged 6 years and above.
- Please print the voucher to take with you.

- The venue is part of a monastery and lacks air conditioning.
- Entry after the concert begins is only possible during applause.
- Taking photos during the performance is not allowed (photos can be taken before and after).
- Leaving the hall during the concert and re-entry is only possible during applause.
- Luggage and large bags are not allowed in the concert hall.
- Cancellation Policy - Free cancellations for bookings cancelled up to 72 hours prior to chosen date, to allow confirmation from the operator. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
