Begin your adventure with a ride on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, gliding high above the ancient rainforest canopy with scenic stops at Red Peak Station and Barron Falls Station. Once you arrive in Kuranda Village, enjoy some free time to explore local markets, cafes and attractions—or visit the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary (entry at your own expense).

Next, head to Rainforestation Nature Park for a packed afternoon of unforgettable experiences:

• Aussie BBQ Lunch – Refuel with a hearty hot buffet lunch including fresh salads and seasonal fruit.
• Army Duck Rainforest Tour – Venture through the rainforest by land and water in a World War II amphibious vehicle, guided by experts who’ll point out fascinating flora and fauna along the way.
• Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience – Enjoy traditional dance performances in a stunning rainforest amphitheatre, then take part in the Dreamtime Walk. Learn boomerang throwing, see spear-throwing demos and hear the sounds of the didgeridoo.
