- The show lasts approx 90 minutes with no intermission. It is recommended you arrive 60 minutes before the show for the pre-show entertainment.

- Disney Springs West Side Theatre offers stadium-style seating surrounding the stage in a semi-circle, so all guests have a great view
- Seats are located in either the Golden Circle, Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 or Category 4 depending on your purchase
- You will receive a digital ticket via email which can be presented on a smartphone or printed off beforehand for entry to the show

- Cirque Du Soleil Drawn to Life Tickets are guaranteed in the Category of the theatre selected at the time of booking with seats allocated by the box office on a best available seat basis.
- You will be sent an e-ticket to your e-mail address once tickets are fully paid for. Show these tickets on your smartphone on entry or print off the tickets beforehand and present them on the door.
- Child age is 3-9 years. Children two years and under are free so long as they sit on their parents' lap.
