Bask in the beauty that surrounds you and indulge in a leisurely afternoon with a spectacularly delectable two-course brunch menu featuring a main and dessert.

Enjoy one and a half hours of free-flowing Botanical Prosecco Bellinis and choose from a range of botanical purées including Cucumber & Mint; Strawberry, Red Rose & Lemon Thyme or Red & Orange Pepper.

Then, build and decorate your own Bellini from a range of prosecco & kombucha, foams, flowers, botanicals, sweets, fruits and vegetables. As a special gift from Mr. Fogg, you’ll receive wildflower seeds for you to cultivate your very own Victorian-style oasis at home.

  • The experience is available on Saturday afternoon from 12.00 until 14.30. Timing may vary and excluded dates may apply.
  • Please allow approximately 1.5 hours for the full experience.
  • Soft drink or mocktail option for participants who don’t drink alcohol
  • We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Please ensure you book and take the experience before this date.
  • Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
