- Adults are deemed to be 15 years and over. Under 15s must be accompanied by a paying adult
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
- Please note that the Blackpool Tower Ballroom will be closed for private functions on selected dates throughout the year.
- This experience is available seven days a week excluding the 25th December.
- We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure dates are available once you receive your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your voucher which is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. It is your responsibility to take the experience prior to the voucher expiring
- You should allow approximately 1.5 - 2 hours for the whole experience.
- Disabled access into The Blackpool Tower is via Bank Hey Street (opposite Primark)
- Toilets with disabled access are available throughout the building including a Changing Places toilet. Please be aware that all disabled toilets require access by radar key. Please ask a member of staff for assistance
- A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase, if your experience has not yet been booked, exchanged or extended. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Once you make a booking with an experience operator you are bound by their terms and conditions.
