- The minimum age to purchase is 18.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
- Available on selected dates, excluding bank holiday weekends, Saturdays in July/August, and 31st December
- Height restrictions apply for some rides at Pleasure Beach Resort
- Car parking available at £15.00 per vehicle per night stay (valid 12 midday – 12 midday), payable at hotel and cannot be reserved
- A valid credit or debit card must be presented on arrival. Boulevard Hotel will place a pre-authorisation hold of £100 per room, per stay on the card provided (cash deposits and contactless payments are not accepted). This hold is separate from, and in addition to, any charges incurred during your stay. Should your billable charges exceed £100, additional funds may be authorised as required. The pre-authorisation is typically released after check-out once final payment has been received, although the time taken for funds to become available may vary depending on your card provider.
- We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
- Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Experience vouchers will be issued on confirmation of payment.

- Please do not book your transportation until you have confirmed your date of visit because the experience is subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Please note: A refund cannot be given for a Voucher which has been partially used.
