On arrival at your choice of Bannatyne Health Club, you’ll be welcomed by the friendly staff. From there, enjoy access to the club’s facilities including the swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. - Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your booking date).
- If any guest has a medical condition, allergies or has had any medical treatments (including surgery) within the last six months please check with your GP prior to booking and also advise when exchanging the voucher.
- Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please take a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day.
- Please note the experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary.
- We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Please ensure you book and take the experience before this date.
- This experience is available to book seven days a week throughout the year from 10am. Exclusions may apply.
- Please note: Treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time.
- Cancellation Policy: Experience vouchers can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase. Experience vouchers are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase and 100% cancellation charges will apply. Once you make a booking with the Experience Operator, you are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing a booking (particularly at short notice) as amendments may not be possible in the case of infringement of these rules.
