Terms & Conditions
- Universal Express Passes DO NOT OFFER ADMISSION to the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A separate valid Universal Orlando Admission Ticket is required in addition to a Universal Express Unlimited Ticket.
- The 2-Day 2-Park Universal Orlando Express Unlimited Pass is valid for any 2 days within a 4-day validity window from the ticket start date selected.
- Universal Express Unlimited gives you unlimited priority access throughout the day to each participating ride and attraction at the selected Universal theme parks.
- Express Ride Access is a separate line with a much shorter wait time than the regular ride queue.
- Participating rides and attractions are subject to change without notice. Universal Express is currently not valid for Pteranodon Flyers and Raptor Encounter at Universal Islands of Adventure.
- Universal Express is only available during normal theme park operating hours. Tickets are not valid for separately ticketed special events.
Redemption
- Look for the Will Call Kiosks signage at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure. Redeem your tickets from either the kiosk machine or a ticket window using your unique Universal Confirmation Number.
Participating Attractions
- Participating rides and attractions are subject to change without notice.
- Universal Express is not valid at select rides and attractions. These currently include Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™, Pteranodon Flyers and Raptor Encounter at Universal Islands of Adventure.
- Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
- Tickets can be cancelled for free up to your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
