Once you have checked in at the departure point (Hotel Pullman Bercy), you will be given your Disney Park ticket (depending on the park selected) along with some useful logistical information about your day.

- Itinerary is subject to change.
- Travel to the parks from Paris takes approximately 1 hour with no stops.
- You will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure. Latecomers will not be allowed to join and no refunds will be provided.
- The bus drops off guests at the group parking lot near the entrance to the parks and picks up from the same location. Please check the pick-up time with the representative and arrive prior to this so you do not miss the return transportation. Return between 6:30 and 6:45 pm, depending on the season, for an arrival in Paris around 7:30 pm. (subject to changes or delays).
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled 72 hours prior to the tour date. 100% cancellation charges will apply within 72 hours.
