My Disney Experience

Using your 12 digit ticket number, you can create a Disney profile on My Disney Experience. Here, you can start building your holiday itinerary, link with family and friends and view your day-by-day plans. This is available both online and as a mobile app.


Disney FastPass+ service allows you to reserve access to select Walt Disney World theme park attractions, entertainment and Character Greetings in advance. The great thing is there is no additional cost to use FastPass+ service―it’s included with your theme park admission.

With valid theme park tickets, make FastPass+ selections up to 30 days prior to the day you’ll use them. If you are staying at a select Walt Disney World Resort hotel and also have theme park tickets, you’ll be able to start making your FastPass+ selections as early as 60 days prior to your check-in date for the entire length of your stay.

To redeem your FastPass+ selections, use your MagicBand or card to check in at the location’s FastPass+ entrance. And if plans change? You can modify your FastPass+ selections at any time (subject to availability).

Using the My Disney Experience app and the free WiFi throughout the Parks, you can keep track of your plans on the go, including your dining reservations and FastPass+ selections. The app also gives you access to important information, such as attraction wait times, Character greeting locations, show times―and even an interactive map that lets you see what’s happening near you at that moment.

If you’re in the Parks and cannot access the app yourself, kiosks are situated around the Parks and Disney Springs. There are also Cast Members (Disney Staff) with iPads who can assist you in accessing your Disney account within all the Parks.

Q. What are the differences between MagicBands and cards?
MagicBands are issued to guests staying at one of the Disney Hotels, whereas cards (Disney tickets) are issued to all off-site guests. Off-site guests have the option to purchase a MagicBand in the Parks if they wish. It is worth noting however, that there are no additional benefits to the MagicBands versus the cards for guests staying off-site.
Q. Can I book attractions and experiences for all my party?
Yes, once you have registered the ticket details for everyone, you can manage your FastPass+ reservations in one place. This makes it easy to make group reservations, whilst still having the flexibility for different members of the group to do their own thing.
Q. Can I change my FastPass+ selections on the same day of my visit?
Yes, you can change this using the My Disney Experience app. Alternatively, there are Cast Members who can assist you, and kiosks are available for you to access My Disney Experience in the Parks.
Q. What if the attraction/experience isn’t available to book with FastPass+ at the time that I want?
If an attraction or experience is unavailable, or expected to be unavailable during your FastPass+ arrival window, you will receive an alternate FastPass+ selection.
Q. If I’m staying at a Disney Hotel towards the end part of my visit, when do I get my band?
You will receive your MagicBands when you check in to your Disney Hotel. Guests will not be able to collect their Theme Park tickets prior to their check-in date. So if customers are arriving at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel at the end of their stay and want to use their Disney tickets beforehand this will not be possible, especially if your guests have Disney dining attached to their reservation.
