Vancouver City Tour & Capilano Suspension Bridge

This tour features all of the sights in the Deluxe Vancouver city tour apart from the Lookout Observation Tower which is replaced with a fascinating visit to the world renowned Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Vancouver’s fascinating past and present come together in this tour that traverses through urban cityscapes, seaside parks and ancient rainforests while also including a visit to the magnificent Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Starting with the highlights of downtown you will see Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal, China Town, Granville Island and Historic Gastown.

Wind through historic and modern architectural wonders en route to the heart of Stanley Park – 1000 acres of forest and gardens surrounded by beaches – which you will have time to explore on foot.

Look out for the First Nations Totem Poles, the Balancing Rocks and English Bay Beach before moving on to North Vancouver and the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Originally built in 1889, it stretches 450 feet across and 230 feet above the Capilano River and Canyon. Once you’ve crossed the bridge, you’ll be rewarded by seeing the traditional totem pole carvers, the nature park and rainforest and the twin peaks of the lions.

Return to downtown Vancouver and get ready to engage all your senses as you step out into Granville Island Market, an artisan haven for all things local and hand-made, including delicious food, coffee, tea, eclectic artwork, and west coast music.

Carry on through bustling Chinatown and continue to historic Gastown, the heart of Vancouver.
