Twin Glacier Helicopter Flight from Fox Glacier

Fly over two of New Zealand's most famous glaciers before touching down on the head of either Franz Josef or Fox Glacier for the photo opportunity of a lifetime.

Franz Josef and Fox Glacier are two of New Zealand’s most well known glaciers, perhaps due to their striking sapphire tinged ice and crisp, pristine appearance.

Flying over these two glaciers in a helicopter is an exhilarating experience and you will delight at the breathtaking panoramic views as you soar over the pure white ice peaks and canyons below.

But that's not all... after taking in the dazzling vistas from the sky, you will land at the head of either Franz Josef or the Fox Glacier and take in the scenery from a different perspect as the glacier winds down into the steep valley below.

The snow landing lasts for around 8 - 10 minutes and provides a fantastic photo opportunity to capture the breathtaking alpine surrounds.

Tour concludes approximately 30 minutes after commencement, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.
