Exceptions for Hampton Court Palace

The Magic Garden
The Magic Garden will close for the winter season from 03 November 2019.

Queen's Guard Chamber and Ante Room
From 27 January - 4 February 2020 the Queen's Guard Chamber and Ante Room will be closed for conservation work.

Queen's Great Bedchamber
From 30 January - 18 February 2020 the Queen's Great Bedchamber will be closed for conservation work.

Cumberland Art Gallery
The Cumberland Art Gallery will be closed for conservation work from 12-14 February 2020.

The Chapel Royal
During the summer Choir Recess, the only religious services held at the chapel will be Holy Communion at 8:30 on Sundays. This is a working chapel which always closes for religious services on Sundays and other holy days.

Young Henry VIII exhibition
The Young Henry VIII exhibition is now closed. The Lost Dress of Elizabeth I is open until 23 February 2020. A new exhibition about the Tudors will open in April 2020.

Chapel Court, Tudor cloisters and Kitchen Shop
Chapel Court and parts of the Tudor cloisters will be closed for essential maintenance until 3 April 2020. The Privy Kitchen will remain open during this time. The Kitchen Shop is now closed.
