The tour includes:

Departs: Monday to Thursday and is open between 9.30 am to 7.30 pm

Check-in: Julià Travel office in San Nicolás Street number 15 before heading to the Bernabéu Stadium.

- Cancellation Policy: This tour is non-refundable and cannot be amended.
- Check-in: You must take your voucher along to the Julia Travel office at San Nicolas Street number 15 where you will exchange them for your official tour tickets before heading to the Bernabéu Stadium. Office Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm. If you head directly to Bernabeu without first picking up the tickets from the office, they will not be allowed to attend the tour.
- Ticket valid only for the selected date. The access will be possible at any time.
- Ticket not valid on weekends, public holidays and match days.
- Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to the schedule of matches, training sessions or special events. Please check the opening schedule before your visit.
- The lead customer must provide an identity document (ID Card, Passport or driver's license) when exchanging your voucher for the entrance tickets.
- *Due to the works being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the Tour route will be temporarily affected and these areas will not be able to be visited: The perimeter of the playing field; the virtual reality area; the Presidential Box; the first team dressing room and the dressing room of the visiting team; players' tunnel and the pressroom.
- Exceptionally and due to the works being carried out in the Stadium, Real Madrid finds it necessary to control capacity. Therefore, it may be necessary to select a date and time to access the facilities. Our team will inform you at the time of collecting the tickets.
