The Observatory is open every day from 11.00am to 10:30pm. The last lift goes up 30 minutes before closing time.

- Tickets are open-dated and can be used within 2 weeks oneither side of your chosen date, so you have complete flexibility to visit Paris Montparnasse at a time that suits you during your visit to Paris
- The last lift goes up 30 minutes before closing time.
- Please note, on certain days, e.g. Bastille Day, the tower may close early. Please check opening hours in advance.
- Access to the 59th floor for people with reduced mobility: the terrace is only accessible by stairs from the 56th floor (3 floors on foot).
- The "360 Café" on the 56th floor sells drinks, snacks and light meals.
- Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. This ticket cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
