- Tours go rain or shine, there will be no refunds for inclement weather and rain ponchos are provided to keep you dry if it rains.
- Groups are limited to a maximum of 16 persons.
- If a child participant is younger than 11 years of age, an expert level of biking is required and that he/she rides her/his own bike.
- Staff reserves the right to decline accepting a child on the tour without obligation to refund the tickets.
- This tour does not visit the inside of monuments and museums.
- You are required to arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Due to the cobblestones in Florence, the bike tour is not recommended for pregnant women
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to the tour date. Inside of 14 days, Fat Tire Tours will do their best to reschedule your tour based on the availability of equipment, tickets and tour guides. Fat Tire Tours does not offer refunds for any reason once within 72 hours of the scheduled tour.
