Discover Rome Elite Walking Tour & Imperial Rome Elite Walking Tour with Skip-the-Line Colosseum Ticket

Enjoy a full day tour discovering Rome's most famous sites including the Trevi Fountain, the impressive Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps and the amazing Roman Forum. A typical Italian lunch at a local restaurant and Skip-the-Line tickets for the Colosseum are also included.

This tour takes care of all your needs by combing two different walking tours of Rome, a traditional lunch in a local restaurant and skip-the-line access to the world famous Colosseum.

Your first walking tour starts at the Campo dei Fiori, one of the most characteristic squares in Rome with its open-air market before continuing to Piazza Navona, a traditional baroque square that was once a stadium built by Caesar Domiziano in 92 A.C.

A ten minute walk from Piazza Navona brings you to Piazza della Rotonda, home to the unmistakable structure of the Pantheon, After a visit inside get ready for the Fountain of Trevi which is arguably the most famous fountain in Rome. This portion of the tour concludes with a visit to Piazza di Spagna, home of the Spanish Steps and one of the most atmospheric spots in the city.

Head to a traditional restaurant where you enjoy a typical lunch with drinks before commencing on a fascinating walking tour of Imperial Rome which begins with the magnificent Colosseum. Let your guide take you past this incredible structure's often lengthy queues and listen closely as they reveal the stories and secrets of one of the world's greatest historical treasures which dates back to the year 72 A.D.

Afterwards, head to the Palatino (Palatine Hill). Sandwiched between the Roman Forum and the Circo Massimo, the Palatino is an atmospheric area of towering pine trees, majestic ruins and memorable views. According to legend, this is where Romulus killed his twin and founded Rome in 753 BC. Just the views from the Palatino over the Forums or the Circus Maximus would be worth a trip to Italy.

Continue to the amazing Roman Forum where you again skip the ticket lines. The Roman Forums were the political and social centre of the Roman Empire and the whole area is literally an open-air museum and here you will find the Temple of Julius Cesar, Basilica Emilia, the Arch of Titus and the Holy Road.
