Blue Mountains All Inclusive Day Tour from Sydney

Enjoy discovering the majestic beauty of the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park, taking in views over stunning eucalyptus forests and age-old rock formations. Your ticket includes the rides at Scenic World - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway - a great way to see the steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation and get the most out of your visit to Blue Mountains National Park.

Your tour begins with a pick up from selected Sydney hotels that takes you on a scenic drive over the stunning Sydney Harbour Bridge, through western Sydney to the World Heritage-listed beauty of the Blue Mountains.

Entering the National Park and winding your way along Cliff Drive, you’ll take in spectacular views of Megalong Valley before arriving at Echo Point. This mountainous World Heritage region covers an area of up to 10,000 square kilometres and features dramatic cliffs, deep canyons and lush vegetation, particularly eucalypt.

When first discovered by the European visitors, the Blue Mountains had already been home to the Gundungurra people for what is believed to be millions of years and evidence of their culture and spirituality can be found throughout the region. Echo Point has views stretching across to the Three Sisters - a trio of rocky pinnacles. While taking in the views, enjoy a commentary on the Aboriginal legends behind these famous rocky pinnacles.

The tour then continues to Scenic World where you can enjoy 360° views of the Jamison Valley. Located in southern Katoomba, Scenic World provides the ideal location to experience all that the Blue Mountains has to offer. It’s like nowhere else on earth with its amazing views of this incredible landscape. With your Unlimited Discovery Pass, you’ll ride the steepest incline railway in the world down into a hidden valley. Glide out on the Cableway for panoramic views. Then ride the Skyway 270 metres above the ancient ravines and dazzling waterfalls.

Next is a lunch stop at the picturesque and quaint town of Leura. This beautiful town will take you back in time and is famous for its antique stores and of course its Candy Store which is stocked floor to ceiling with more than 1,000 unusual sweets gathered from all over the world.

In the afternoon you head for Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can discover over three hundred species of Australia’s diverse wildlife in a natural bush setting. Hand-feed a kangaroo, wallaby or emu and enjoy a faceto- face encounter with one of the friendly koalas – among one of Australia’s largest private collections of native animals and bird life. (Please note - a visit to Sydney Zoo will replace Featherdale Wildlife Park from 1st April onwards.)

The journey back into Sydney takes you to Homebush Bay, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Here you board, where you board a river cruise for a relaxing journey back to Sydney along the Parramatta River. Glide past landmarks such as the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, ending the trip at Circular Quay.
