- You will receive an official gate-ready ticket for Bear Grylls Adventure. Please present your ticket on your mobile phone and proceed straight to the ticketing gate.
- If you are under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to take part and no refunds will be offered to those who are not permitted.
- Snorkel is an activity that cannot be sold as a singular ticket; the booking must be for a household group of 2 or more guests
- Participants must be 8+ years
- 8 - 10 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating parent or guardian aged 18+ on a ratio of 1 adult to 4 children
- Guests aged 10-14 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied
- All guests participating in an activity need to complete our general attraction waiver .
- We recommend wearing comfortable active wear you can move in. For this activity, we do ask that you bring your own swimwear and a towel.
- For your safety, no jewellery, mobile phones or loose items can be worn during activities however they can be stored away in our onsite free lockers
- If your visibility is impaired without glasses, please bring your own prescription masks
