- Canal buses are not easily accessible for wheelchairs. A wheelchair lift is not available to customers and to access to the boat is via a set of stairs.
- We will send you a voucher for this experience. Please read it thoroughly.
- Cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations need to be requested in writing and must be confirmed by the supplier in writing (Lindbergh Tour and Travel).
