Please note that if there are insufficient numbers, you will be advised when you call 24/48/72 hours before (depending on the experience) to re-confirm your booking.
It is rare for a tour to be cancelled due to lack of numbers, but please be aware that this is a possibilty.
The Weather
Many of DoSomethingDifferent.com’s experiences are dependent on the weather and we always advise that you MUST call locally to re-confirm your booking at least 48 hours prior. If your experience is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to re-book, but your re-booked experience remains subject to weather conditions. If you are forced to cancel due to bad weather then you will receive a full refundRe-confirming your booking locally
Whether you've booked a specific date and time through us, or you've chosen to leave your experience open dated (where applicable), it's essential to re-confirm your booking on arrival. This enables our suppliers to inform you of any details that you may need on the day, for example to give you a name of the person to ask for who will be taking you on your experience, or to let you know exactly whereabouts you will be met, in relation to your hotel etc. If you have an experience which is ‘open dated’ then again you MUST call locally to confirm this on arrival at your destination.
Please note that all contact numbers will be supplied on your redemption voucher after booking.
Tours / experiences may also require a minimum number of participants before the tour can take place. Please see the section entitled 'Restrictions' for more details.
