Overview
This is the must-have ticket for any space buff or indeed any person interested in watching the amazing spectacle of a shuttle launch. You will be taken to the closest public viewing gallery - the NASA Causeway; only NASA officials press and invited dignitaries are allowed closer. From only six miles away you will hear the roar of the massive rockets and witness the power of lift-off and your anticipation will reach fever pitch with the launch countdown on the public address system. NASA expects to retire the amazing space shuttle in the next few years, so be among the final few to watch this legendary space craft blast off into outer space. For the launch day there will be no standard access tickets allowed on Kennedy Space Center property and there will also be no onsite ticket sales, the only way you will get to view the launch is with a pre-booked programs.

Please note, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will host a limited number of guests, so we recommend booking early. The scenic area by the historic Rocket Garden will be given a fun festival makeover featuring Astronaut Appearances and Live audio and video feeds of the latest launch news.  You will have a beautiful view of the Space Shuttle immediately after it has cleared the tree line following initial lift-off.
