White Water Rafting on the Tully River was great fun. We had a Hotel pick up and drove south of Cairns to the rainforest via mountains and fields of sugar cane. The guides were fantastic and gave us a thorough briefing and checked all the equipment (which was included)before we started. We stopped for a bbq lunch by the river half way through the day and then back out for some more rafting.
It was a long day with an early start but highly recommended for anyone looking for an adventure surrounded by amazing scenery.

I did this trip in Nov 2011 and it was amazing, by far the most fun ive had while in Australia. Pick up from our holel/hostal and was taken by coach to head quarters were you can get all your equipment which is included in the price (they also give you suitible footwear that floats)the guides are very fun and make the day exciting for everyone. The BBQ half way through the day is a very good one and your even surrounded by the local wild-life, after that its back in to the boat for even more fun and a chance to see all the photos from through-out the day that have secretly been taken from specially placed people on all the bits were your deffenatly pulling a face :) but all the more fun! well worth the money!
