I guess you wouldn't recommend this activity for anyone scared of heights, but if you were you wouldnt think of doing it. Best not to look down as can be a bit scarey, the 13 slides vary up to about 80ft high. Platforms are inbetween attached to huge native SA trees, supporting wires between surrounding trees show it is quite an ingenious piece of engineering. Slides are more for the adrenalin as you dont get too much of a chance to view the forest canopy while sliding. You do however when waiting around for the others in your group (8 in all) to complete their slides. The forest was not the most diverse rainforest i have ever been in but if you are passing through then it is worth a visit. Shame that once you get to the end you have to hike back up the hillside to the start!
