Enjoying something of a renaissance over the past few years, Moroccan food is one of the most recognisable flavours in the world. Few other countries have national dishes so evocative of the country itself, and your cookery courses take place at one of the finest schools in Morocco.
The cookery lessons are held at the house in the gardens, just outside the city. You will be provided with your own workspace and will be taught the secrets of the oldest Moroccan recipes as you create an appetizer and a main dish or a main dish and dessert, which may include Tajines, pastries, salads and couscous etc. There are a maximum of 8 people per group and a translator (Arabic, English, French) provides detailed preparation and cooking instructions. La Maison Arabe is renowned across the African continent and you will be imparted with unmatched advice and professional secrets. You may then enjoy the fruits of your labour in the gardens under the shade of fig and olive trees.
