After meeting at the Harbour Bridge, this unique and unforgettable experience begins with a comprehensive briefing and safety demonstration where you will be given a bridge suit, communications equipment and safety harness.

Then, with your harness linked to a static line, you start the exciting ascent accompanied by an experienced climb leader. Zig-Zag your way through catwalks, up ladders and then onto the upper arch for your final ascent to the top of the Bridge and a wonderful sense of achievement.  The breathtaking panoramic views of the Opera House, harbour and Sydney skyline provide a wonderful backdrop throughout your adventure.  This is truly one of the most magnificent views in Australia!

PLEASE NOTE that all climbs are subject to availability. If your selected climb time is not available the next closest time will be booked.

Climbs start at first light and run through to 6.00pm (April-October) and 10.00pm (November-March). Simply detail your preferred time.

Please note: there is a surcharge for sunset climbs. If you would like to climb Sydney Bridge at this time, please select the Twilight Climb option.  

No personal effects are to be taken on the climb, including cameras. You will receive a complimentary group photo and additional photos of your experience can be purchased locally.

You must make your own way to 5 Cumberland St, The Rocks at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled climb time.

Sydney Bridge Climb does not operate from the 30th December to the 1st of January inclusive. If you wish to climb the bridge between 26-29 December 2008 and 2-9 January 2009 you must purchase the Peak ticket option.

Q: Can I climb the bridge at Night?

A: Yes, Night Climbs are available. Simply select either the midweek or weekend ticket option and then detail your preferred time when prompted.

Avoid drinking alcohol the night before your climb as all participants must pass a breath test for a blood-alcohol level of less than 0.05%
