Dine at the elegant Svatá Klára Restaurant and taste the wonders of Prague over six delicious courses. Originally a wine-cellar in one of Prague’s vineyards, the restaurant is famous for its natural cave setting and fine dining.

The Svatá Klára Restaurant is situated next to the baroque castle Troja and the wine cellar dates back to the 14th century. The restaurant is set in a natural cave and it has been skillfully renovated to create an exclusive restaurant filled with antique furniture and paintings, beautiful carpets and a grand open-fireplace creating a pleasant ambience. Here you will be looked after by the friendly staff who will serve you the six course meal.

• Amuse-bouche: A selection of nibbles
• Entrée: Rose of Smoked Salmon, served with a mustard dressing and a quails egg
• Starter: Delicate Foie Gras (Goose Liver Pâté), served with a Sauternes sauce
• Palette cleanser: Lemon Sorbet
• Main Course: Venison Tournedos, served with sautéed mushrooms, chantarelle mushrooms, and corn pancakes
• Cheese course: A selection of European cheeses
• Dessert: Flambéed Strawberries, served with a drop of Amaretto and a cherry sauce
