Anyone can enter their car in the Silver Pearl Trust 2008 VIP Rally taking you from Central London to the South of France. This unique 5 day event will take you through stunning countryside and includes stays in luxury hotels. Plus you will have the unique opportunity to drive alongside some of the supercars who will also be joining this fabulous event. Names such as Ferrari, Mercedes, Austin Martin and TVR are all involved.
Day One – Wednesday 17 September
The 2008 rally will start with a champagne reception and driver briefing at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington Gardens London. Accommodation is provided in this deluxe hotel.
Day Two – Thursday 18 September
After breakfast, make your way to the official starting point. After some formal photographs and last minute safety checks, set off for the Channel Tunnel. In no time at all, the rally will be in France and heading towards the first stop over at the delightful Hotel La Briqueterie in the heart of champagne country. Drivers will dine in the Patio Room sampling locally produced gourmet food and champagne.
Day 3 - Friday 19 September
After breakfast continue on the next leg of the journey towards Burgundy. Set in stunning parkland, is the Chateau de Gilly. Drivers will be welcomed with a buffet lunch followed by free time to enjoy the scenic grounds and hotel facilities. The evening will begin with wine tasting followed by a gastronomic dinner in one of their exquisite dining rooms.
Day 4 – Saturday 20 September
After breakfast, continue heading south to Monaco. Your final night’s accommodation is at the Hotel Colombus overlooking the beautiful scenery of Monaco. Relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel before coming together for a final dinner and awards ceremony.
Day 5 – Sunday 21 September
The legendary drive from Monaco to St Tropez is an experience in itself and all drivers are invited to an exclusive end of rally pool party at the Villa La Boissiere.

Silver Pearl Trust has been set up to provide natural complementary therapies, holistic care and specialist advice for people who are suffering from or have been affected by cancer. Their goal is to open our Silver Pearl Sanctuary in London where they can provide these services. The sanctuary will be available to everyone, not just for people who have been diagnosed with cancer but for their families, friends and carers. They will also have a specialised area designated to care for children and teenagers. All the provided are covered by the charity through private fundraising and voluntary income and they are hoping to raise £2,000,000 by 2010 to make this possible. This VIP Rally is one of their major fundraising events.
