This relaxing excursion takes you into the tranquil Balinese Countryside to the Village of Gulingan. Explore the spectacular terraced fields and discover coconut palms, coffee, vanilla and clove plantations plus traditional rice paddies. Relax in a traditional pavilion or try your hand at fishing in the ponds. In the heart of the village you will get the memorable chance to learn the art of Balinese Cooking in traditional kitchen. The villagers will guide you in preparing Authentic Balinese Recipes. First you will grind, mix and prepare the abundant herbs and spices which add the unique texture and flavour to Balinese dishes and then start to prepare your delicious lunch of  Tum Wrapping, Yellow rice and Fresh Vegetables. At the end of the class, enjoy the fruits of your labour in a traditional thatched pavilion with wonderful views. Afterwards there is the chance to fly a traditional kite, learn to play the traditional Gamelan Bamboo instrument and explore a traditional Balinese house.
